Fund Your New Venture or BizOp

2009 Recovery Act
SBA provides MicroLoans of up to $35,000 to local entrepreneurs and small business owners. The Recovery Act recently added $50 million to support MicroLoans and added $24 million for technical assistance training. MicroLoans are available for individuals with little or no credit, low-income, entrepreneurs who generally do not qualify for conventional loans or larger SBA guaranteed loans. This means that local participating banks can now help you fund a business opportunity (BizOp) or help fund any new business venture.
